It’s been such a BUSY spring season for us. We’ve been performing at a lot, writing, and working very hard to promote our new album. Rachel even created a Hummingbirds Store for us! It’s pretty cool and super easy to use. Technology is just amazing these days. (We still have the old flip phone, which works great for making calls, but we may have to upgrade soon…) We want to give a shout out and a thank you to everyone who as already ordered music and SWAG at the store. We appreciate your support of the new album.
A few weeks ago we also got to work with some amazingly talented folks at Pilot Moon Films. Doing a live shoot of some of our songs was FUN! Check out this cool video! If you like this one, check out our YouTube channel for more HERE.
We can’t wait to see our family, friends, and fans in the north! We’re headed back up to our home state for a while this summer. We’ll have shows in the Detroit Area, as well as Grand Rapids & Ann Arbor, and we’ll even be teaching a songwriting course at the amazing Above the Bridge Weekend in the upper peninsula. Hope to see everyone out and about because this weather is just gorgeous.
Peace & love to all and take care of each other!
We have much to be excited about heading into the summer months and hope you follow along on our musical adventures. Our new album will be released in July, and we’ll be heading up north to Michigan to embark on a tour across the mitten, and across the Mackinac Bridge to the U.P. We’re calling it the “Whitefish & Cherries” tour. We can’t wait to see all our family and friends, and we look forward to making new fans and friends too! In the meantime, you can pre-order our new album, and find a show in a town near you–right here on our website.
Our official album release date is set for July 3rd at the Trinity House Theatre in Livonia, MI AND a second release party is set for August 2nd at Ella’s Americana Folk Café in Tampa, FL.
